Adega de Penalva is the premier co-operative in the Dão, formed in the 1960s and today comprising more than 1,000 members.

This is the Branco made from a blend of Encruzado, Cerceal and Malvasia Fina. A lively, mineral wine with green apple, citrus and baking spice aromas.
