Adega de Penalva is the premier co-operative in the Dão, formed in the 1960s and today comprising more than 1,000 members.

This is the co-op's main red made from a blend of Jaen (Mencia), Tinta Roriz and Touriga Nacional. Fragrant and juicy with crunchy red berry aromas, light spice and gentle tannins.
