Metic is a collaboration between UK natural wine distributors Les Caves de Pyrenne and Catalonia born winemaker Luca Hodgkinson making organic wine from old un-grafted (pre-Phylloxera) vines in the Colchagua Valley of central Chile.

This is hand-harvested Cabernet Sauvignon from 120 year old vines, fermented with indigenous yeast and aged in concrete. A warm and generous wine with waves of dark berry and plum fruit, chocolate, sweet spice and leather.
