£17.50 Lovely rosé pét nat made in South West France from the local Fronton rarity Négrette. Delicate strawberry, red cherry and raspberry flavours with vigorous bubbles and a hint of spice. Best of all it's made entirely without sulphur and weighs in at only 9.5% alcohol.
