Established in Melbourne in 2017, NON was created with a mission to provide the perfect alcohol-free wine alternative for any occasion. This is NON's alcohol free white wine alternative made from yuzu, whole Oranges, cinnamon, Murray River salt, organic cane sugar and Semillon verjus. 48 hours of dehydrating the oranges removes water molecules, which leaves the concentrated orange behind creating caramelised and candied orange flavour. A 5 hour infusion of pith then adds a bitter component and orange skin adds waxy mouth feel that coats the palate. Yuzu - a Japanese citrus - is then used for its unique sharp and sour profile which balances beautifully with a sweet spice element of the toasted cinnamon.
