Camillo Donati is a third generation winemaker in Emilia-Romagna committed to making low intervention sparkling wines from local varieties including Lambrusco & Malvasia.

This is his Lambrusco made from grapes picked at full-ripeness and fermented with native yeasts, it's generous and full with doris plum, cherry and raspberry aromas with a pleasant spiciness on the finish.
