Huguenot Tassin is a champagne producer established in 1984 by Benoît and Marie-Claire Huguenot. Beginning as a patchwork of parcels the estate now covers 7 hectares and is currently run by Benoît and Marie-Claire's children, Adeline Mandron and Edouard Huguenot. Located in the Cote-des-Bar, they farm sustainably with Pinot Noir which the region is known for, but also continue to cultivate Pinot Blanc which is under threat of disappearing.

The Huguenot Tassin Signature brut cuvée is a fruity, supple and crunchy blanc de noir Champagne with wonderful drive and freshness. A non-vintage cuvée assembled from 15 different vintages and with a dosage of 10g/L, this is gorgeously balanced with bright fruit, creamy lees character and a long, precise finish.
