Bertrand Gautherot of Vouette et Sorbée has been a vigneron since 1986, and as an early convert to biodynamic viticulture (certified in 1998), has been a leading light in the movement towards more sustainable practices in Champagne. Today he has 5.5 hectares of vines in Aube grown in Kimmeridgian clay-limestone topsoil over a hard limestone bedrock.

Textures is 100% Pinot Blanc grown in limestone-rich clay soils and macerated on skins underground in Georgian qvevri. A unique and unforgettable Champagne with lightly oxidative aromas of walnut and mushroom, nuts, brioche, lemon and of course, plenty of silky, mouth-filling texture.
