Domaine de L'Anglore is the iconic Tavel estate of Eric Pfifferling, whose wines have redefined the wines of this historic region and achieved unicorn status in the process. In total there are 10 hectares of vines in Tavel and a further two in Lirac, all cultivated organically and harvested by hand. 

Pierre Chaude is a blend of Carignan, Clairette and Grenache noir with a typically explosive nose of red fruits, flowers (lavender), black pepper and liquorice. Silky and round on the palate with great persistence.
