Emilie and Alexis Porteret of Domaine des Bordines have a small holding of vines in the blue marl soils on the edge of Arbois. Alexis cut his teeth at the highly regarded biodynamic Domaine de la Tournelle nearby and employs similar farming principles at Bodines, eschewing fining, filtration, sulphur or other additions.

This is the Bodines Côtes du Jura Savagnin made in the oxidative style from a single parcel of vines in Poligny. Rich, nutty and showing immense depth at complexity in it's 8th year, this is a rounder and riper example of this regal variety.
