Frédéric Cossard is a legend of natural winemaking in Burgundy, producing cult wines of renowned energy and finesse in a region not short of incredible wines and winemakers. After starting from scratch, he now has 10 hectares of vines across the region, all farmed organically and vinified without any additions. 

Bigotes is Chardonnay from forty year old vines planted over clay and limestone near the village of Puligny. The 2020 vintage is rich and buttery with fresh apple, stone fruits and a clean, salty finish.
