Maison Skyaasen is a micro-negociant in Burgundy started by a Norwegian (Joakim) and San Franciscan (Olivia) who met at university in Vermont before moving to Burgundy in 2017. Made in miniscule quantities, these are refined, complex Burgundies that belie the young age of the estate.

Joachim’s first Aligoté is lean and tense, yet generous in flavour and length. Citrusy and floral with a lovely mineral finish and mild nutty notes.
