Maison Camille Thiriet Arbois Face Nord Sauvagny Savagnin
Country: France
Region: Jura/Burgundy
Grapes: Savagnin
Vintage: 2020
Brought up in Paris, Camille Thiriet moved to Burgundy in 2008 and has fast developed a reputation as one of Burgundy's most exciting new winemakers, vinifying small parcels of grapes in her tiny cellar in the village of Colmblanchien where she has benefited from the mentorship of Bernard Noblet, Domaine de la Romanée-Conti’s retired chef de cave.
This is Camille's exquisite Arbois Savagnin from grapes grown in neighbouring Jura, fermented in demi-muid and aged in barrel for a year. Only 585 bottles were made.
