Fabrizio Niccolaini is a master of natural wine, working organically in the vineyard and pushing his region's indigenous grapes in experimental and age-worthy directions that have become rightly sought after. 

This is the deep and vivid Sangiovese, wild fermented and aged in old oak for 30 months. Concentrated dark fruit complemented by fleshier red fruit notes and a plethora of tertiary notes including pepper, leather, wild flowers and wet earth.
