2022 was Sophie’s first year working with Pinot Noir, so she experimented with two different styles. The grapes that ended up in the Reserve were the very last that she picked. The grapes were de-stemmed and had just one week on the skins for a gentle maceration, before being aged for 12 months in glass demijohns and bottling in reused glass. It's delicate and herbaceous with red cherry fruit and a little peppery spice. Only 180 bottles produced.
