Arnaud Lopez has been hard at work in the cellars of Prieuré Roch. While still at Prieuré Roch to this day, Arnaud has starting bottling his own production, working with grapes sourced from trusted friends and growers, all of whom farm organically or with biodynamic principles.
In the cellar he vinifies using whole clusters, favouring long macerations and minimising any sort of intervention. The resulting wines are unique, both dense and mineral, pleasant in youth but certainly made to last over the years.
