Domaine du Chétif Quart is a 6 hectare family owned domaine just south of Givry in the Côte Chalonnaise region of Burgundy. Founded in 1978 by husband and wife Pierre D’Heilly and Martine Huberdeau, the domaine has been organic since inception, making it one of the longest certified organic domaines in Burgundy. With the majority of vines high up at 300-400m elevation, these are terroir driven wines of fantastic poise, finesse and drive, enhanced by spontaneous fermentations and minimal intervention in the cellar.

This is the gorgeous Bourgogne Aligoté with textbook searing acidity carrying crystalline citrus fruit aromas and savoury touches of hay, nougat and baking spices.
