Domaine du Chétif Quart is a 6 hectare family owned domaine just south of Givry in the Côte Chalonnaise region of Burgundy. Founded in 1978 by husband and wife Pierre D’Heilly and Martine Huberdeau, the domaine has been organic since inception, making it one of the longest certified organic domaines in Burgundy. With the majority of vines high up at 300-400m elevation, these are terroir driven wines of fantastic poise, finesse and drive, enhanced by spontaneous fermentations and minimal intervention in the cellar.

La Cour aux Etoiles is a blend of Chardonnay from 30 year old vines grown on the hillside of Mont Avril where the family's home is located. Aged in oak barrels for 12 months, it is golden in colour with rich, creamy stone fruit aromas and lifted acacia and hazelnut flavours coming through on the impressively long palate.
