Domaine du Chétif Quart is a 6 hectare family owned domaine just south of Givry in the Côte Chalonnaise region of Burgundy. Founded in 1978 by husband and wife Pierre D’Heilly and Martine Huberdeau, the domaine has been organic since inception, making it one of the longest certified organic domaines in Burgundy. With the majority of vines high up at 300-400m elevation, these are terroir driven wines of fantastic poise, finesse and drive, enhanced by spontaneous fermentations and minimal intervention in the cellar.

This is the elegant and fragrant Bourgogne rouge showing wild strawberry, redcurrant and cranberry fruit with touches of vanilla and pot pourri coming through on the enticing, silky palate.
