Domaine du Chétif Quart is a 6 hectare family owned domaine just south of Givry in the Côte Chalonnaise region of Burgundy. Founded in 1978 by husband and wife Pierre D’Heilly and Martine Huberdeau, the domaine has been organic since inception, making it one of the longest certified organic domaines in Burgundy. With the majority of vines high up at 300-400m elevation, these are terroir driven wines of fantastic poise, finesse and drive, enhanced by spontaneous fermentations and minimal intervention in the cellar.

Domaine du Chétif Quart's signature wine, the Cuvée Prestige is a stunning Crémant de Bourgogne aged for almost 5 years (56 months) on the lees before disgorgement. Opulent and immense with very fine, almost silky bubbles. On the palate it has tightly coiled fruit and vivid flavours of baked apples and peaches, hazelnuts, oven fresh pastries and spice.
