Domaine de la Cadettte is an organic estate in Vézelay, a small medieval village in northern Burgundy, about 40km due south of Chablis. With similarly chalk and limestone rich soils, they produce racy and mineral whites from Chardonnay with great precision and tension.

Clos du is Chardonnay from 30 year old vines that were hand-picked and vinified entirely in stainless steel. A beautifully pure and steely Chardonnay with crystalline lemon and green apple aromas up front and delicate secondary notes of fresh butter, hazelnut, baking spices and hay.
