Domaine Goisot is a biodynamic producer making fantastic quality (and value) Burgundy in the Côtes D'Auxerre, an area between Chablis and the Côte de Nuits. 

Aged in 15% new oak, this is smoky with notes of lemon confit and an attractive whiff of reduction. The palate is pure and linear, like a village Meursault.
