Jean-Marie Guffens and Maine Heynen of Domaine Guffens-Heynen are originally from Flanders in Belgium, moving to Burgundy in 1976 to pursue a career in winemaking, and have subsequently gone on to become on of the most sought after growers in the Mâcon.

The 2022 Bourgogne Jeunes Vignes et Derniers Jus is a medium-bodied, ample and fleshy wine evocative of peaches, beeswax, white flowers and orange oil. Open and expressive, it's produced from the later press fractions from Guffens's other cuvées.
