Laurent makes archetypal Chablis – classic, tensile, ages beautifully and is utterly brilliant. Farming is done sustainably, and in the winery all wines are aged in old (with 10% new) oak barrels, adding body and character to his wines. 

You could be tricked into thinking this Chablis is from a Premier or Grand Cru site, such is its power and incredibly long finish! Ripe pears, lemon flesh, savoury hints and a chalky minerality.
