Brought up in Paris, Camille Thiriet moved to Burgundy in 2008 and has fast developed a reputation as one of Burgundy's most exciting new winemakers, vinifying small parcels of grapes in her tiny cellar in the village of Colmblanchien where she has benefited from the mentorship of Bernard Noblet, Domaine de la Romanée-Conti’s retired chef de cave.
Pinot Noir from a plot of old vines in Premeaux-Prissey in the Côte de Nuits, vinified in whole bunches then aged for 12 months in barrels 20% new.
