Marie-Pierre of Domaine Chevassu is a young winemaker in Jura, working organically with Savagnin, Chardonnay and the local Poulsard to make wines of real complexity and finesse.

From the vin jaune only appellation of Chateau Chalon, this is an exemplary rendition of Jura's signature style aged for over 6 years in barrel under a veil of yeast flor. Spicy, nutty, textured and immensely long with hallmark curry leaf, walnut and preserved lemon aromas.
