Ideal Day is a farm brewery in Cornwall run by esteemed brewer James Rylance focused on three things: family (it’s in the name), beer (also, kind of in the name) and regenerative agriculture (bet you didn’t see that one coming).

Scenic Route is a crisp, hoppy and rustic Lagered beer made using heritage malted barley and regeneratively grown YQ Wheat. This combination gives the base a beautiful depth of flavour, for the single farm, UK grown, whole leaf Cascade and Goldings Hops to shine.
