Tilquin is a lambic beer blender based in Bierghes, about 30 miles south-west of Brussels. Founded by Pierre Tilquin in 2009, they make complex and powerful 1, 2 and 3 year old lambics from wort obtained from producers including Cantillon, Boon, Girardin and Lindemans.

The Pinot Gris A L'Ancienne is a blend of 1, 2 and 3 year old lambics macerated with 280g/L of Pinot Gris grapes and aged in oak barrels.
