Renaud Bruyère and Adeline Houillon have a tiny domaine of just 4.5 hectares in the village of Pupillin, gaining a reputation for some pure and memorable expressions of Chardonnay, Savagnin and Poulsard which they make along biodynamic principles.

Absolutely stunning varietal Ploussard (Poulsard) from Triassic clay soils that underwent semi-carbonic maceration and bottling without sulphur or filtration. So alive and fresh with loads of crunchy red fruit notes and a touch of tanned leather and mountain herbs.
