A brand new collaboration between Ben Adams and Daniel and Nicola Ham in Wiltshire.

The red is a blend of 68% Pinot Meunier and 32% Pinot Noir given an 8-day whole bunch maceration before being pressed into old 228L and 400L barrels with no additions. Bottled by gravity, it's pure and ethereal with crunchy red fruit. Just 900 bottles produced.
