This little 9% gem is primarily Muller Thurgau as well as five other varieties grown in Peasmarsh. All grapes were vinified separately with extended skin contact for the Muller Thurgau before blending before bottling.
Smoky apple and zesty lime aromas with some riper stone fruit notes on the lightly grippy palate. An excellent introduction to the Tillingham wines.
