An elegant blend of Roussanne, Semillon, Viognier, Chenin Blanc and Grenache Blanc sourced from 4 different sites in the Swartland. It has a lovely, pure nose of apple, apricot, and citrus, and a textured and nicely balanced palate. It also features aromas of thatch, fynbos, and orange-citrus, with a palate of stone fruits, nuts, and high acidity.
