Andreas Bender’s Riesling Sekt is one of just 2 percent of production in Germany to classify as Klassische Flaschengärung or Traditional Method sparkling. Aged for 15 months on the lees with no dosage added. It's fresh, dry and full of green apple and pear and sharp citrus with gently yeasty, umami notes and some candied orange peel on the finish. A brilliant aperitif wine!
