Winemaker Moisès Virgili i Rovira, based in Tarragona just a few kilometers from the Mediterranean coast, crafts delicious wines from traditional regional grapes like Cartoixa, Sumoi and Macabeu. His vines are certified-organic and cultivated with biodynamic and regenerative practices. In the cellar, he ferments his wines spontaneously, without added sulphites, fining, or filtration.

The grapes for 2N were de-stemmed and macerated for six days before the free-run juice was bled off and blended with a small amount of Cartoixa, adding lift and freshness to this dark-fruited blend. Brambly, ripe black fruits with a hint of spice dominate the nose and palate, transitioning seamlessly into soft structure and vibrant acidity.
