Siblings Lucie and Sébastien Cheurlin (L&S) are based in Celles-sur-Ource, a pretty commune in the heart of the Côte des Bar region of Champagne. Here they carry on the family winemaking tradition first established by their grandfather André Cheurlin, working their 5 hectares of vines organically with some biodynamic preparations. These are vivid, terroir driven grower Champagnes with striking precision and finesse.

Cuvée Sébastien is a 50-50 blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, an elegant nose of white flowers, lemon curd and toasty brioche with an inviting buttery richness developing on the long palate.
