Siblings Lucie and Sébastien Cheurlin (L&S) are based in Celles-sur-Ource, a pretty commune in the heart of the Côte des Bar region of Champagne. Here they carry on the family winemaking tradition first established by their grandfather André Cheurlin, working their 5 hectares of vines organically with some biodynamic preparations. These are vivid, terroir driven grower Champagnes with striking precision and finesse.

l'Elégante is a rich and opulent vintage blanc de blancs made from 100% Chardonnay fermented and aged in oak. An intense nose of roasted hazelnuts, fresh butter and baking spices leading into a lively, enveloping palate with more roasted nut flavours, yellow plums, brioche and caramel. A real treat!
