Quinta do Montalto is an historic organic estate owned by the same family for five generations. The farm spans approximately fifty hectares and comprises vineyards, olive groves, orchards, and forests - forming a magnificent mosaic across the landscape not far from Lisbon.

The Cluricaun range is Montalto's natural/low intervention range and as the name suggests, this is a skin contact (orange) wine made from 90% Siria and 10% Fernão Pires that was macerated on skins in amphora for 2 months. Orange peel, quince, minerals and toasted nuts on the nose. Textured and lightly tannic on the palate, with a more quince and and an earthy quality from the amphora.
