Domaine Bernard Moreau is one of the big names in Chassagne-Montrachet. Year to year, producing wines of real finesse and purity in a part of Burgundy not short of big names. Now in the hands of son Alex, winemaking is low intervention but detailed and Alex is producing both white and red Burgundies that are supple, vibrant and deep. 

This is a rare back vintage from the domaine's old vines we've managed to get our hands on. With 10 years age it's surprisingly fresh and vivid with red and black fruits, and complex notes of forest floor, mushrooms and exotic spices in the background.
