The 2021 vintage, marked by low yields and long, cool fermentations, shows the precision and quiet intensity that define the domaine’s style.

Farmed organically and vinified with native yeasts, the wine is aged slowly in old oak barrels without fining, filtration or added sulphur. The result is luminous and finely textured, with aromas of lemon zest, green apple, crushed stone and hazelnut. The palate is taut and saline, with understated richness and a long, mineral finish. A superbly balanced Jura Chardonnay - alive, expressive and deeply true to its origins.
