Cedric Mottet of Domaine des Notes Bleues is based in the village of Mesnay where he has around 6 hectares of vines, most of which fall into the Arbois AOC appellation. The domaine was established in 2017. 

Les Sarres comes from a small vineyard in the village of Buvilly at around 300-400m altitude. Facing Pupillin, this east facing slope catches the sun most of the day.
