Biodynamic Côtes-du-Rhône Blanc from the terroir of Coudoulet, next door to Châteauneuf-du-Pape. It's a 50-50 blend of Grenache blanc and Clairette fermented and aged in stainless steel to retain freshness. Aromatic, with juicy fruit leading to a full palate with good intensity and mineral depth, finishing with a pleasant bitterness.
