Guilhem Goisot is a biodynamic producer making fantastic quality (and value) wines in the Auxerrois, an area between Chablis and the Côte-de-Nuits.

On the nose, it gives off scents of forest fruits, spices, and liquorice. On the palate it's intense with crunchy red fruit and fullness and elegance underlined by silky tannins. Exceptional value.
