Jean-Marie Guffens and Maine Heynen of Domaine Guffens-Heynen are originally from Flanders in Belgium, moving to Burgundy in 1976 to pursue a career in winemaking, and have subsequently gone on to become on of the most sought after growers in the Mâcon.

Bourgogne Jeunes Vignes & Derniers Jus is made from the younger vines and last pressing of older vines grown in Mâcon, Pouilly-Fuisse and Saint-Veran. A brilliant showcase of what the Guffens-Heynen style is all about with intense chalky minerality, savoury toasted nut and spice notes and generous creamy stone fruit.
