Pierre Antoine Jambon ran the domaine until he was joined a couple of years ago by his childhood friend Michel Prudhon. Committed to growing healthy vines, they practice environmentally friendly viticulture, yields are deliberately kept low for the region between 40 to 48hl/h and the grass is encouraged to grow between the rows of vines.

This is the Cuvée Classique full of succulent chardonnay fruit, good balance, and a slightly salty, chalky aftertaste.
