Touted as a rising star by legendary wine writer and importer Kermit Lynch, Eric Chevalier is based in Saint-Philbert de Grandlieu, southwest of Nantes where he produces high-quality organic, terroir-driven wines. Eric's wine-making approach is defined by minimal intervention; he uses natural, indigenous yeasts and ages his wines on the lees for several months to develop texture and complexity.

Starfish is a beautiful Atlantic Muscadet with sea-spray inflected aromas of lemon zest, green apple and white flowers. Bone-dry but silky on the palate reflecting ageing on the lees before bottling.
