Ham Street Wines is the project of husband & wife team Lucie and Jules, who planted four hectares of vines just on the edge the Romney marsh in Kent in 2019. Starting the project as a way of re-connecting with nature whilst still working full-time jobs in accounting, Lucie and Jules were quickly bitten by the regenerative agriculture bug, understanding that improving soil health, promoting biodiversity and doing as little as possible to disturb the natural balance was the key to healthy fruit, and happy wines. Having been no-till since April 2020 they achieved organic certification in 2022 and biodynamic certification in 2024.

A milestone wine, marking the first release from the year in which Lucie and Jules reached biodynamic certification. Vinified at Offbeat Wines, this a five-day carbonic maceration of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Bacchus from a cool, wet vintage in 2023. This edition is energetic and zippy, full of juicy strawberry, cherry, rhubarb, pink pineapple and starfruit. Bottled without sulphur or other additions.
