La Senda is the project of native Bierzo winemaker Diego Losada who farms his 5 hectares of up to 60 year old vines organically and follows up with minimal intervention in the winery.

In Absentia is Diego's light and fragrant yet powerful expression of Trousseau, a grape indigenous to the Jura region of France. A wine with great class and finesse, full of red berries, spice and an earthy undertone. Bottled without clarification, filtering or sulphur.
