Based in the village of Saint Etienne des Oullieres at the border of Brouilly in Beaujolais, this ex-husband and wife team are producing some absolutely delightful natural wines in Beaujolais. 

This is Laurence and Remi's Beaujolais Nouveau for 2024 made from parcels around Brouilly on clay soil. Carbonic maceration in large cement tanks for around 9 days before bottling unfined and unfiltered with a small addition of sulphur at bottling. Super juicy, crunchy red fruit and lots of wonderful acidity.
