Our very own Prosecco made for us in the heart of Treviso DOC by Azienda Agricola Durante. Organic grapes, vinified in the 'old' or 'col fondo' (with bottom) method, with the second fermentation happening in bottle as it would for a Cava or Champagne, followed by 6 months ageing on the lees. Super fresh with zesty citrus, green apple and brioche-y aromas and a creamy mouthfeel.
