Les Chemins de Bassac is an old Languedoc estate created in the 19th century, now run by young Brazilian architects Thama and Bruno Triguero who relocated to pursue their dream to make wine, it has been organic for more than 30 years and biodynamic since 2017.
Luminophage is Roussanne with a touch of Viognier and Vermentino macerated in whole bunches for 12 days and aged in clay amphora. Well balanced between richness and freshness it has aromas of white flowers and lychee leading to an elegant, chalky finish.
